Life is full of wonderful moments and overwhelming challenges. As a licensed clinical social worker, I strive to provide support through all of life’s moments. You may be having overwhelming thoughts that feel out of control or feel frozen in social settings. Maybe you’re waking up in the mornings and getting out of bed feels like an impossible task. Perhaps you’re feeling disconnected from family or peers. Or maybe you’ve been through unbelievably challenging experiences that you’re ready to start healing from. Whatever it may be, I’m dedicated to providing an open, safe environment to help you create lasting positive change.
